Poetic Nonsense!!!
I don't know why, but I had to write this. :P ok here goes...
The Man in Disguise By: Me
There's a man on the bus who I know's in disguise. I can tell by the way that he starts to rise and walks to the driver to feed him some lies about hurrying home to catch his kids by surprise, and kissing his wife, and eating some pies, Meat pies; for his kids won't eat anything else that he buys. But the way that he says this makes me realise that under the skin and the clothes and the lies, there's a monster, waiting to scratch out my eyes with a fork; rusty and covered with flies. I watch with disgust as he starts to prise his head off. An old lady beside me cries: "Oh my God it's a monster!" and promply dies. The monster looks up at me with it's sullen eyes; I fall on the floor, expecting imminent demise; The monster's clawed hand begins to rise....
I wake with a start, conceal my surprise; and find myself staring at the man in disguise.
